Fit to your SKU
- Blank or package size range vs your min and max SKU — not the brochure midpoint.
- Rated cases or pallets per minute at a stated product, not an empty-machine number.
- Changeover method and typical time; watch one if you run many SKUs.
- Infeed/outfeed height and control voltage vs the rest of your line.
On the machine
- Run your blank or a close analog; look at square, seal, and film cut.
- Inspect wear strips, belts, vacuum cups, and tape/hot-melt delivery.
- Confirm guarding, E-stops, and category of the safety circuit.
- Check spare-parts list against what the OEM still stocks.
