- Don't impersonate other users, companies, or brands
- If you spot something that doesn't look right, report it
3. Keep It Relevant
Messages and inquiries should be helpful and on-topic.
- Messages to sellers should relate to the equipment, its condition, specifications, or the transaction
- Ask genuine questions — "What's the maintenance history?" is great
- Use the messaging system to negotiate price directly with the seller
- Off-topic, irrelevant, or nonsensical messages may be flagged
4. No Spam or Self-Promotion
Keep the marketplace clean and focused.
- Don't send unsolicited advertisements or promotional content
- Don't message other sellers to promote your own listings
- Don't send bulk messages or repetitive inquiries
- One account per person or business — no sock puppets
5. Protect Privacy
Respect the personal information of others.
- Don't share another person's contact information, address, or private details publicly
- Keep private negotiations private — don't post message screenshots or conversation details publicly
- Use the platform's messaging system for sensitive communications
6. Report Issues
Help us maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace.

- If you experience harassment or inappropriate behavior, contact us immediately
- If you suspect a scam or impersonation, report it — don't engage
- We review all reports and take appropriate action
7. Consequences
We take these guidelines seriously. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:

- Issue a warning to your account
- Temporarily restrict your ability to message or list equipment
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account
Severe violations (fraud, threats, illegal activity) may result in immediate account termination without warning.
