What to inspect

Is this scrap?
No. These are surplus production lots. Scrap pricing and commodity bids are out of scope.
Will there be mill certs?
Only if the seller uploaded them. Ask in the inquiry before you treat the lot as certified.
How is shipping handled?
Same freight-quote form as equipment. Note weight and whether the lot is on a pallet.
Can I list leftover stock?
Yes. Choose Raw Materials, then set form, quantity, and dimensions so buyers can filter.
